Melinda was absolutely wonderful to work with, she explains everything in detail. I found a home I wanted to buy, and she put in an offer which at first was accepted. We then had to put my current home up for sale in order to purchase it. One thing led to another and because of unforeseen circumstances the house I wanted became unavailable which made me take my current home off the market as a result. Through all this Melinda never missed a beat and although no sale/purchase occurred she always had my interest at heart and a great sense of humor about it all. She always laid out all my options and never tried to influence me, just guide me. Though Melinda didn’t end up making any money off of any of this, and she spent a lot of time trying to broker the deals, she never once complained. I will definitely use Melinda again and also refer her to others.
